Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 3 days of service commencement if:

• We fail to deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in your contract • There is a significant delay in project delivery due to our negligence • You are dissatisfied with our service quality despite our best efforts to resolve issues

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom strategy development and consultation hours already utilized • Third-party advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) • Domain registration and hosting fees • Services completed more than 3 days ago

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Email your refund request to madhu@udisystem.com with your project details
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 working days
  3. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Services: 30 days written notice required • Annual Contracts: Subject to early termination fees as per agreement • Project-Based Work: Cancellation charges apply for work in progress
