• Will I have to continue using UDI System for other services such as website maintenance or website updates?
  Your website is your own. There are no hidden agendas or agreements. Though, we hope that you liked our services and would like to continue with us.


• What is the server uptime you can provide?
  Our server uptime record has exceeded 99.9%. If you require hosting applications with exceptional high bandwidth we recommend dedicated server usage.


• Can I transfer my domain to UDI System?
  Login to your domain section of your domain registrar and then transfer your domain to the name servers provided by us during procurement of hosting package from us.
